    Red Lion R&R Club is Red Lion Hotels Corporations way of recognizing and rewarding our members.  
  2. How can I earn Red Lion R&R Club points? Back to top

    To earn Red Lion R&R Club points, a member must be a registered, paying guest at a participating Red Lion Hotel. Red Lion R&R Club points will be awarded on a 10-point (Red Level Member), 12.5-point (Gold Member), or 15-point (Platinum Member) per one U.S. Dollar basis for all eligible folio charges per stay.

    Eligible charges are room rate, food and beverage, telephone, laundry, parking and pay-per-view movies. Participating hotels may omit charges to the member’s room for services, which are not owned and/or operated by the hotel. Any applicable federal, state or local taxes, including city occupancy tax, will be omitted for calculation of point awards. Charges related to master billings for banquets or other catering functions will not be eligible for point accrual unless the member is participating in the Red Lion R&R Club Meeting Planner Rewards Program.   3. How long does it take to receive my new Red Lion R&R Club card? Back to top
    Yes, a temporary card is attached to applications located at the hotels that the members keep after filling out the application.  For members enrolling online they will be able to receive their membership number upon completion.  Your super-snazzy permanent card will arrive 6-8 weeks later.
  4. How can I become a Red Lion R&R Club Gold or Platinum Member? Back to top

    When you join the Red Lion R&R Club, you will be a Red Member.  

    After you have stayed with us 12 nights in a calendar year, you will be upgraded to the Gold Level. 

    To become a Platinum member, all you have to do is stay with us 25 nights in one year!

    • 12.5 points for every eligible dollar charged to your room, or air miles on partner airlines per qualifying stay.
    • Complimentary continental breakfast at most locations
    • Complimentary newspaper
    • Complimentary local phone calls

    As a Platinum Member, you will receive all the benefits of Gold status as well as:

    • 15 points for every eligible dollar you spend
    • Air miles on partner airlines with each qualifying stay in addition to points
    • Room upgrades upon availability at check-in
    • Priority reservations
    • Late checkout
  7. Can I receive credit for two rooms if I am paying for both? Back to top
    Yes. A Red Lion R&R Club member is eligible to receive points for staying at participating hotels for their guest room and up to one additional room. Each room must be reserved and registered in the member’s name. To ensure points are automatically posted to member’s account, the member should present their Red Lion R&R Club card at check-in. No points are awarded until the charges associated with the stay have been fully paid and processed.
  8. Can I transfer my points to someone else’s Red Lion R&R Club account? Back to top
    No. Points earned as a member are meant to reward you personally for your patronage and cannot be transferred to another account.

    No. Each family member must have his or her own membership account.

    Red Lion R&R Club members will be able to access their account activity at any time on www.redlion.com or by calling the Service Center toll-free at (888) 606-0563.

    Send a copy of your hotel folio (bill) and your Red Lion R&R Club account number by Fax 509-459-6015 or e-mail memberservices@redlion.com.

  12. Do Red Lion R&R Club points expire? Back to top
    Like all good things, this could come to an end.  Red Lion R&R Club points expire if there has been NO membership activity within one year.  Memberships expire in 4 years, but only if there as been no activity on your account.
  13. How do I indicate or change my earning preference - miles or points? Back to top
    You can indicate your preference - miles or points - when filling out the enrollment brochure. You can also switch your earning preference at any time by contacting the Member Service Center 24 hours a day at 1-888-606-0563 or online at www.redlion.com, in advance of your hotel stay.

  14. Do all rates qualify to earn points and miles? How many miles will I receive per stay? Back to top
    All rates (except third party bookings) qualify to earn points.  To earn miles there is a hitch - members must stay at a qualifying rate set by each participating Red Lion Hotel.  If your stay qualifies, you will receive 500 miles on partner airlines including Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines®, Hawaiian, or Northwest Airlines.

    You can redeem for a free night at a Red Lion Hotel, as well as merchandise from hundreds of merchants, car rentals, entertainment, beds and more. 

    Members can redeem easily online at www.redlion.com, calling member services at 888-606-0563 or via email memberservices@redlion.com.

  16. What is the advantage of choosing points over miles? Back to top

    Choosing points over miles allows you to earn points quickly for every eligible dollar charged to your room (no qualifying rate) and the flexibility to convert those points to complimentary Hotel Stays, Air Travel or Air Miles, Merchandise, Car Rental and more!  It also allows you the ability to convert your points to miles in your current mileage program (i.e. Alaska Airlines/Horizon, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines®, Hawaiian or Northwest Airlines).

    Members may access their statements and all activity at any time by logging into their account at www.redlion.com.  Monthly emails are sent out to members who have provided us with an email address and have opted in to receive communications.
